I can’t believe a year has flown by so quickly. This time last year we ran a 3 day demonstration kitchen for Canon UK at the Excel Centre. Demonstration kitchens, especially using really colourful, statement food, in this case patisserie, can be a really eye catching way to draw the crowds and showcase products, in this case Canon cameras
