Our Easy Entertaining workshops are designed to take the stress out of entertaining, while exploring different cuisines and dishes. The focus is relaxed, achievable food that can me made ahead, popped in the oven or easily assembled last minute, perfect for feeding a family, weekend lunches or kitchen table suppers. Our aim is to give you mix and match menus of lovely looking, tasty dishes that you can serve on big sharing plates which make feeding a crowd easy and enjoyable.
During the morning we will make:
- filo pies
- flatbreads and dips
- chicken tagine
- slow roast lamb
- seasonal salads
- Pistachio and rose meringue
You will either eat the dishes that you cook or take them home along with a full recipe handout and the confidence to get cooking at home.
