At this 1.5 hour workshop, you will learn how to ice a set of biscuits like a pro. We will look at making and colouring royal icing, achieving the correct consistency, flooding and piping. You will learn various techniques to hand ice a set of homemade gingerbread Christmas biscuits before finishing them with lots of handmade decorations, sprinkles and glitter.
You will take home your biscuits in a lovely metal tin, perfect for giving as a gift, along with a full recipe handout and a lot of Christmas cheer.
