Join guest tutor Minesh Agnihotri of the Kari Club and former chef-owner of Indian Summer, Brighton, for a morning of authentic Indian cookery.
Minesh specialises in teaching his students how to cook real Indian food in their own homes. During the class you will look at using quality, real spices, blending and layering flavours and assembling a quality Indian meal. Minesh teaches with carefully sourced, fresh ingredients and his dishes have no colours or additives.
During this workshop you till cook a delicious smoked aubergine dish, originating from the Punjab, made with simple spices and mixed with creamy yoghurt. To accompany the dish you will make a fragrant onion pea pulao and a zingy parsnip thoran, finished with lovely home made chapatis.
You will have the chance to sit and eat what you have made as well as take away any leftovers with you.
