Join chef Steve Bridger for an afternoon learning all about sweet pastry and patisserie. Steve trained at Westminster Kingsway and specialised in pastry and patisserie. He makes lovely pastry and beautiful tarts – ideal for entertaining, afternoon teas or simply a treat.
During the afternoon Steve will show you all the skills needed to make beautiful sweet pastry tarts, choux buns and millefeuille. You will make a selection of tarts and bakes and take home everything that you make.
