All of these dishes have been made by students following our online cookery tutorials in their home kitchen. They not only showcase the range of skills that they learn and all the vibrant, interesting recipes that they cook, but also the emphasis we put on balance (combining colour, texture and flavour together in a dish) and presentation - we really focus on teaching our students to COOK, rather than just follow a recipe.
