Here's What We Have Been Cooking Recently?

September has been a busy month, with lots of new students beginning their courses as well as lots of students completing their courses with some fantastic portfolios.  It is lovely to see the range of dishes that students cook and, more importantly, when you review a student't portfolio to write their report, it is so satisfying to see their progression in the kitchen over the 3, 6, 12 or 18 months - it is amazing to see what your students achieve.
