3, 6, 12 & 18 Month DofE Courses

As an Approved Activity Provider our courses are perfect for students working towards their Bronze, Silver and Gold Duke
of Edinburgh Award. Every DofE student gets access to all of the courses listed below, allowing them to create a totally bespoke course. We offer a huge choice of over 150 pre-recorded recipe tutorials, each with a downloadable recipe card and personal support and feedback every step of the way. We are able to act as your Assessor and file a detailed report direct with DofE on completion of the course, making completing your Skill convenient & straight forward.

 

Non DofE Skills Courses

You don't have to be a DofE student (or teenager) to cook with us.  Our courses are available to everyone, make great gifts and are also brilliant for homeschoolers.

Club membership gives you access to our recipe bank packed full of over 150 colourful, interesting recipes, each with a real-time video tutorial and downloadable recipe card.

Learn To Cook With Our Skills Courses

Our skills courses are carefully structured to build your skills week by week. Each week looks at a new skill, which students can then put into practice with a huge choice of recipes giving them the freedom to create a totally bespoke course.  Don't like tomatoes? Not a problem. Don't fancy any of the recipes one week? No worries - pick something else from the recipe bank. Have a range of diets in your household? Great, our flexible recipes cater for that. Always wanted to make a fancy lemon tart? Brilliant, we have just the recipe. Our focus on skills, rather than a prescribed list of recipes, means that you can try a whole range of different dishes that you will hopefully love and want to cook again. It also means that we are able to keep experienced cooks and students on our 12 and 18 DofE courses inspired and engaged with lots of really interesting, challenging recipes (if want to learn to make speciality breads, fancy patisserie, jam, advanced sauces, homemade pasta or steamed buns no problem - we have it covered).
